Services provided with an emphasis on the risk phase of psychosis, Thrive Together OC assessments provide evaluation of concerns and possible symptoms, as well as offer evidence-based recommendations for further monitoring and treatment.
Screening
Thrive Together OC services start with a screening assessment. During this screening, we ask questions about possibly distressing or confusing experiences to determine the necessity for further evaluation. If further assessment from us wouldn’t be helpful, we may be able to offer referrals to programs that better fit the need.
Process of Assessment
For those who qualify for a full assessment, they will meet with one of our trained clinicians who will do an extensive interview to learn more about thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Individualized Report
Each assessment will result in an individual report summarizing what we found based on the interview. We will go over this report with the client and their family and/or the client’s provider. The report will describe treatment options and plans that are specific to the individual’s experiences.

Consultations
For Providers
TTOC believes that people with early psychosis are far more similar to people without early psychosis than they are different. As a result, we contend that, with subtle tweaks, mental wellness strategies that work for people without early psychosis work for those with early psychosis. Therefore, we partner with providers to offer consultation on how to approach care with people with risk signs of psychosis. We can arrange one-on-one consultation meetings.
For Individuals and Families
After completion of our assessment, we provide individuals and families consultation regarding potential treatment needs and options. These hour-long appointments discuss strengths, goals, and challenges faced by clients and families, and provide ideas towards solutions.
